My Genting Trip!

I really want to puke blood lor.....

First.....the coach was late for 1/2 an hour.....(we decided not to drive to save the trouble)

Then, we got a spoilt seat. Spoil as in, when u press button, the seat not moving. (we booked the executive ones)

The driver just said "no choice lor, the previous passenger spoil it"

That's all.

THEN LAO NIANG BOOKED EXECUTIVE SEAT FOR FUCK?

Me and Mr Ng really LPPL lor....

Had to play games and watch TV all the way sitting upright....

Still look fresh at 6.30am......

Aiyo....si gui look so happy!

We waited.....and waited.....

We started to zilian......Mr Ng look tired already....

Finally......7.30am.....(Suppose to depart at 7am hor)


Stop over for breakfast.....we are looking forward to the trip....

By the time we all reach.....already 4plus......

We had Kenny Rogers....

No chance to go anywhere, was too angry and tired....went to play arcade...(my fav)


We actually trying to go to the theme park but we both gave up after seeing just walk so far....

The first time I got a doll from him! (I never like dolls though....)

But this man here, manage to throw a beanbag into a bucket after we spent like 8Rm?

We had dinner then.....


The view from our room.....We slept through the whole night.....

Woke up like 10am to start taking photos.....


The messy room.... I made it messy....Mr Ng is more neat.....

Standing alone...so poor thing....


Manage to get someone to take for us....Aiyo...i didnt know I small size....

We only went to casino for a while, both of us are not really enthu about gamble, i got very irritated cos i got no patience.....

Hop onto the coach at 2.30pm....

Problem lai again....

Coach was parked a little far but boh bian, everyone is going back.....

When we got up to the coach...

Guess what?

THEY GAVE US 2 SEPARATED SEATS!!!

KNN!!

I really fucking angry...

They got no brains?

Booked 2 seats and of course dun say couple, even friends also want to sit together.

So during the 7 hours journey,

Mr Ng was sitting in the front and I was sitting behind....crying...

Brawling my head out actually.....

I was sooooo upset....

Not that I crazy to cry in front of the whole bus but I seldom have a chance to stick/see/be with Mr Ng and finally we got a chance to spend 2 days together, 1/4 of it we were sleeping (i admitted that I slept like a pig and forgot to hug hug him to sleep) and the other 1/4 was suppose to chat and hold hands together in the coach but they separated us.

(No chance to change with others hor cos all are couples...)

U understand how i feel or not?

I am going to boycotted this company.

My friends said write letter up also no use, do u think I shall send them my blog address?

I think if u all got car, then drive up ba....that's what I plan for the next trip. Or any other company that u all would recommend better service?

Bad luck sia u... Try transtar next time.. They are quite on time, and service is good... We got massage chair as well, so we got massage while watching movie on bus. And we reach there by 2.30pm when we started our bus at 7am sharp. =)

Try WTS Travel!!! We do packages to Genting and our coach plus driver super nice..Haha should gave it a try. =)

Same old problem with FIVE STARS. Their buses are always delayed like mine. I promised that i will NEVER EVER book them again! Shitty service!

actually if couples or want to sit tgt muz request before hand. they'll try their best to plan for u. at least transtar or five stars can do it for u if u request.

grassland is a strict NO-NO even if u request!! They very go by their law one, cannot cham xiong!

Of course u shd send in ur blog n also a complain letter. i believe a big co lik them wil do service recovery. Who knows u get some dining vouchers or stuff?

Ya u can try complaining..my cousin wrote a letter to complain..and they gave her complimentary Genting packages 3D2N...

You can try Transtar next time..svs is good and the bus is comfortable too..

Hmm.. I've always booked via Five Stars to Genting & so far there's no prob for me. However, I did once withness 1 incident that a family who made advance booking were told to split up in different coach & timing to go Genting & the staff was very rude. I think you should complain. You paid afterall. I think they should do some compensation.
